A personal recruiter is someone who assists a job seeker in performing a job search, applying to jobs, and finding interviews. Personal recruiters change the traditional recruiting and focuses on the job seeker finding a job, not a company filling a position.

What do I need to get started?

After you fill out the Job Seeker Intake Form below, you will receive an email that includes the packages that can support your needs, once you choose the package that you would like a Welcome Packet with instructions for the next steps and helpful tips. You will be prompted to complete a profile that your Reverse Recruiter will use to complete job applications. For best results, your resume and LinkedIn profile should be updated and ready to go before onboarding with your Personal Recruiter. 

If you purchased resume writing services, you will receive two emails, one with instructions for the resume writing process and one with instructions for personal recruiting. To avoid delays, please follow the instructions in each email.
